- Your customer can request up to 6 flowers/names to be embroidered on the sweatshirt.
- For each item ordered, you will need to complete the Google Form with the your customer's personalization choices. PLEASE ENTER ALL INFO CAREFULLY AS IT WILL BE EMBROIDERED EXACTLY AS IT IS TYPED.
