- Customized with up to 22 names on TWO sleeves, with no more than 11 names on each sleeve (please note that the more names you request, the smaller they will be to fit on one sleeve)

DIRECTIONS FOR ORDERING:
- Your customer can request any name to be on the center of the chest (Mama, Grandma, Nana, Fur Mama, Dog Mama, etc.)
- Your customer can request up to 11 names to fit on each sleeve, with no more than 22 names total. Please have your customer tell you which names they want on each sleeve. The more names they request, the smaller the names will be on the sleeve.
- A heart is standard on the bottom of the sleeve under the names. The size of the heart depends on the number of names. Your customer can also request a paw print for a Fur Mama, Dog Mama, Cat Mama, etc. sweatshirt. If your customer has an angel baby they want on the sleeve, a halo can be added above the name. *Please do not charge extra for this as the vendor does not charge extra for this.*
- For each item ordered, you will need to complete the Google Form with the your customer's personalization choices. PLEASE ENTER ALL INFO CAREFULLY AS IT WILL BE EMBROIDERED EXACTLY AS IT IS TYPED.
